So, even with the crazy business of life, I would like to keep open my commissions, and as I have updated prices, I thought I would make a new post about it!

Sketch:

Flat Rate $5 (if you want a sketch in traditional medium, you will receive a photograph of the sketch unless you can meet me in person)

Chibi:

Ink $10 Color $15

Changes:
I will send in in progress samples when finished with the sketch, line art, and basic color, if something needs changed, then let me know, and we can work out anything that needs changed. Only two changes/reworks are free, after that there is an additional fee.

Content:

I’m not comfortable with ‘most’ NSFW content. A little blood or tasteful nudity is ok, I am not ok with making pornographic or excessively violent images. Ask if you are unsure, I promise I don't bite!

Who gets what?

In the world of digital content, it can be hard to guess who owns a commissioned piece, the artist? The buyer? Deviantart? What does having those rights mean? Well, it all depends on the contract between the artist and the buyer

If I make you a piece, I will send you a high resolution PNG file (and or JPG upon request) and you may do what you want to with that file, so long as you do not resell any products made. I retain the right to post the image on social media, and on print sites. If you want exclusive rights to an image then ask about pricing. I do ask that if you repost the piece you credit me as the artist.

Now what does all that mean in layman's terms?

I will send you a good copy of the image (compared to low res upload quality) Don't put it publicly on a print site or make prints to sell to people, but you can list privately on a print site for personal use to print off a poster, mug, blanket, wallet print, phone case, lifesize replica, so long as it's personal use only, I don't care what you do with it. I will be posting on print sites, and probably making more sales off of the image (its how to keep low initial prices). If you want exclusive rights to an image, then I won't be able to post it anywhere other than portfolio sites (just to show work I have done) and you CAN resell the image and anything with the image printed on it, but price is going to get pretty high (because I can no longer make sales off the piece)

If you want to not be credited as the commissioner, or want me to wait to post an image until after it has been given as a gift, etc, just ask, and I will be more than happy to accommodate.
